I'm starting to research DVD/HD recorders and was wondering if there
are any with network connectivity. ie after recording a show to the
HDD, I can just copy the file via the network to my PC?

The Panasonic Recorder with Network connectivity has a RRP of $3200.
What a joke. You would be better setting up a home theatre PC and use
that to record from TV.
