Help Needed: Ripping APEX DVD Recording (TV) to harddrive. |

Is there software to Rip the format that the TV DVD players record.

When I try to access the DVD drive I get the following:
E:\ Is not accessible - incorrect function.
Any help appreciated

It should have worked.
You aren't trying to read a DVD-RAM disk are you?
That definitely will NOT work unless your drive specifically states that
it can read such disks.
The error described above I would expect to see only with an incompatable
format disk (or damaged?), a drive fault or an OS fault. Check the disk on
another computer if its a normal +/- type disk. Try playing it back in the
original recorder also.
