Re: DVD Burning - help needed please |

Generally stay away from store brand DVD's.
I use Memorex 4X media although I burn at only 2X.
Other brands are frequently mentioned in this newsgroup and probably
just as good.
If I could not get Memorex, I would buy a DVD mfgrs brand.
As to copying DVD movies, A few dvd movie makers switch from VOB,s on
one layer to the next at every change. thus making a copy is dificult
without dual layer media and burmer

My spelling sucks and my advice may be just as bad.

All goes well with DVD shrink and WinonCD...DVD copies fine, however when
played on home DVD player film freezes etc at various places in the film.
This only happens with certain brands of discs and only with certain copies
of films ?
Using LG GSA-4081B burner and Toshiba SE330 DVD player
Can anyone recommend a brand of blank DVD media that works in writer and
player ?? LG seems very fussy ??
ANY COMMENTS ADVISE ETC WOULD BE VERY WELCOME INDEED
Thankyou for your help
