I have the combination Kenwood 7" display and the KNA-DV4100. I got
them installed by a good friend at AL & Eds. I am having a problem
where I can input an address and see the route, problem is that I can't
get the Route directions to display. I checked the audio to make sure
that its allowing Route Navigation. When I check the screen to see if
the split screen can be shown- only the split screen with maps is
shown, there are 4 other other options that are all greyed out, which
include the step by step directions. This unit is supposed to show me
the step by step directions but its not. Any ideas or input would
greatly be appreciated especially from any Kenwood Experts.
