** Radio mic repairs / troubleshooting is a real specialty - not like
general PA repair work on amps and mixers. Few audio repair shops have the
facilities to test and repair miniature, SMD filled, RF gear which is what
radio mics are.
If you post the brand name and models of the mics you have then maybe
someone can direct you to the relevant service agent. Remember, you must
supply both the Tx and matching Rx to the repairers.
In my experience, the majority of radio mic performance complaints are due
to misuse, the use of occupied frequencies or expecting the impossible.

They are some church mics & misused/abused is probably an accurate
description, dropped & battered is another.
Getting lots of dropouts & variable rx during use. They are AKG &
Sennheiser units, I am sort of expecting(hoping) that the cost of
investigating any faults would outweigh replacing them. Occupied freq is
another thing, we get some interesting breakthrough from the gym nextdoor,
normally some sweaty sounding woman exhorting her class to go for it - but
trying to explain unliscensed shared spectrum normally results in a glazed
eye response.
Cheers.
