I have a problem to turn my subwoofers on in my MDA750 Alpine car stereo
model. Does anyone know how to turn it on using the car deck (car stereo) in
the inside of the car? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Well I have a totally different Alpine head, the CDA-9845 (circa 1999). It
has dedicated sub outs, which can be enabled/disabled via menu. If I press
and hold the power button for 2 seconds, a menu appears that has the sub out
control and a bunch of other things in it.

If that doesn't work, try going to Alpine's site (www.alpine-usa.com) and
try downloading the manual for your model, and see how to do it.

good luck...

Whoops, I have a CDA-7845...
as soon as I hit "send" I knew that didn't look right. :-)

Do you mean "turn on the sub amp"? That is controlled by the remote turn-on wire (the blue/white wire) that runs from the HU to
the amp.

If you mean "turn on the sub output" that is a function of the HU. Check the owner's manual; on my Alpine it's accessed by
holding down "F/SETUP" for 3 seconds.
