am i right in assuming this program allows me to change the region settings
of my PC's DVD as many times as i like, thus allowing me to watch any region
of DVD on my PC?

I have a competing program. It does not let me change the region
setting of my drive, it just makes the software player see each DVD as
region-free.
My guess is that AnyDVD works the same way - for one thing, it's safer:
since the drive has only a finite number of allowed changes, a software
glitch could end up being embarrassing...

A friend of mine uses AnyDVD and like the title suggests it allows him |
to read any DVD no matter what the zone restriction is.
I read that this program has been banned in some countries.
