Can i convert my Xvid,Divx movies to DVD compatible format s |

Can i convert my Xvid,Divx movies to DVD compatible format so i can
play them as a DVD ??

If you know what i mean. Just getting a new 86cm widescreen crt soon
and realy dont want to convert them to svcd and or get a xvid,divx
player.
Got any feedback on if i can do this and how and how big the files
would be after convert if it it indeed possible and if its even worth
it /?

Once you find out how much encoding time is required, and the time-sink
of video/audio editing to get menus, you'll be eagerly foking over your
hard-earned money & just buying these movies.
Easiest way is to buy a DVD player that will play DivX. My JVC can, but
it won't play Xvid. :\
Good luck. Let us know when you create your first menus ...
