I use MS Excel. Size 3 cells for the Front, Back and Spline. Because
different printers alter the final size slightly, you will need to
experiment to get the size right.
I have 2 templates, one for a regular spline and one for narrow. If I
am using a VHS box for the cover source, I scan the front, back and
spline of the box and paste the 3 images into the appropriate cell.
If I am scanning an existing DVD cover, I drop the whole picture in
the first cell then drag it with the handlebars to make if the correct
overall size. |
