Has anybody ever tried and/or succeeded in getting a (small) video on a
single DVD in both an NTSC and a PAL version?

I know of no Authoring s/w that does it, but am thinking of creating an NTSC
DVD and PAL DVD and than mix and match the files onto a new DVD.

Any useful comments?

I've yet to see a commercial one do it, I wouldnt recommend doing it on your
own.
