In Pinnacle 8x, is there no way you can delete a project once the DVD is
produced? I've tried several ways, but there always seems to be bits and
peaces left. Is there no way you can delete all of it once and for all?

Regards

Jan

Delete the whole folder: Pinnacle captured and/or auxiliary. Then create new
folders...

Strange, I cannot find any of those folders, and when I try to delete
auxiliary files nothing happens. The files are still there.

I finally found the solution. The problem was: I didn't realise that I had
to be in the Capture mode to be able to erase.

Is that so? well thanks for sharing that... The way I've been operating (I
now have Studio 9 Plus) was to find the folder in which Pinnacle stored the
edited movie, once I finished burning the DVD with the movie & I'd go back
to that folder & delete the whole thing. I got the feeling that we may be
talking about different situations because "Capture mode" does not enter
into "method", nonetheless thanks for your "discovery" it's always good to
learn something new.

This is how I did it:

Click on the Capture tab, then click on the Capture pulldown menu. Select
"Delete Captured Videos ...". Studio DV will display a list of your captured
video files from any folders or drives you captured to. You can now delete
captured video files from your hard drives.
