hi everyone. hope you can help me. is there any program that i can use and capture only part of a dvd....few min......and convert it to an .avi or .mov...or something editable.....i have dvd shrink and i know how to capture part of that but i dont know how to convert that file to an .avi or .mov.......i hope soeone can help me.

You can use WinAVI convert any video files to avi,and it have a trial version.
