Hello Everyone!

I am now using a Panasonic E-60, and i got the DVD ram4.7g < Imation>
these discs cant be formmated, erased or record in the machine.
what can I do to format it? I even took the discs out of the cases, unlocked them but still didnt work.

i only have a cdrw and dvdr drive on my computer,
if i could format the disc, it says its occupied, has no free space,
what software do you recommend?
