I seem to be unable to get Sound Forge started on my Win XP VAIO
laptop. I get a dialog box headed "RunDLL32.exe - Application Error".

I am guessing that there is a bad plug-in somewhere, but how do I
diagnose such a problem? I have loaded DXMAN which seems to list a
huge number of DX items but it would seem reckless to start deleting
from this list at random.

Is there a boot log file that can be generated from Sound Forge to
help identify the erroneous plug-in?

Are there any commend line switches for Sound Forge than will assist?
