Sony MicroMV problem - missing video clip |

I videod a 40 minute set by a friend's band last night - all in one
take
on my MicroMV Sony DCR-1P1E. I then accidentally recorded about a 5
sec clip
right in the middle of the 40minute clip.
When I tried to capture the video files using Movieshaker, it would
only recognise the first
20minute clip and then the 5 second clip and then nothing - EVENTHOUGH
I can see the remaining 20minute of the concert when I watch it on the
camera. How do I get the second half of my concert? It appears that
the second half has lost a "header" that Movieshaker will recognise???
