Price comparison Panasonic AE-700 vs AE-900 |

Saw the Pana 700 today at JB Hi Fi Northland (Melbourne) side by side with
the new 900 but listed for a massive $2 less (ie $3,496 vs $3,498)!! Of
course they negotiate on everything but what an interesting marketing
strategy. Incidentally AIM has the 700 for $2499+delivery or for
$2,300+delivery via their e-Bay store - still seems pretty high.

Only if the 900 chews up bulbs even faster than the 700 apparently does.
Maybe someone from JB reads this forum - went in on Sat morning and the
price of the 700 is now reduced and its marked as a demonstrator (although
the original price is still clearly visible ie its only reduced because its
a demonstrator not because its been superseded by the 900) |

JB at Robina on the Gold Coast has the AE700 marked down to $2490 now,
also Domayne at Bundall had one left at $2495 a week or so ago. |
