I have a proplem with the tivo being to damn slow, i mean slow as
shit. When i hit list it take a good 5 - 10 minutes to come on or not
at all , then reboots.

What can i do to make it faster, hack, mod what ever?

I had the same probelm. You might try resetting the whole receiver. Do it
throught the Direct tv button on the top of your remote. It takes an hour
or two to reset it and it deletes all of your information.
If that doesn't work, subscribe to the direct buyer protection service. It
costs about $5-7 month, depending on your equipment. After a few weeks,
call it in. They will replace it free of charge.

I did the reboot that took 3 hours and its still slow. I will get that
protection plan and do that. Thank You
