"The Zipper". Simply put, it is a
tool that converts an un-hacked Series 2 DirecTivo (except the R10) into
a fully hacked unit. The Zipper consists of two scripts, one that hacks
a drive while it's in your PC to enable basic functionality, and the
other is a custom version of rbautch's popular Enhancement Script that's
run when the drive is back in your Tivo. It installs USB 2.0 drivers,
Tivowebplus, channel logos, new splash screen, CallerID, and more.

easy?

I am not interested in hacking the DTV side. Only the TIVO side.
