Last year Samsung said they had an upgrade kit to deal with the Broadcast
Flag problem that was supposed to start bothering some of us in 2005. I
submitted a request for the upgrade kit but I never received anything. I
have an SIR-T151.

Is there a known update to this story? (Samsung's website still offers the
upgrade kit.)
