This looks like the best camera available at this price range, although I'm
sure many people are put off by the interpolated 12mp feature... but my
only concern is the lack of a focus assist light. I'm just looking for
comments from owners of this camera, to see if this ends up being much of a
problem in typical everyday usage. If you have any galleries or samples,
those would be appreciated too. (I've checked out Steve's review as well as
a few others, but I'd really like to hear from people who actually use the
thing regularly.)

TIA. Toe.

I have a Fuji S7000 and I've been very happy with this camera, the only
irritant so far has been it's aggressive autofocus that sometimes
refuses to allow a manually focussed picture.
