I bought the 110 on release.
Panasonic or ritek dvdram 3x burns at 2x.
Many brands of 16x are burning at 4x.
Verbatim dvd-r 16x burns at 12x.

Getting nothing but coasters with 16x media.
8x media works a treat.

I have another computer with a 108 and that burns 16x well with no
coasters. Have swapped drives around but 110 is a no go on 16x media.

3 of my mates have moved up from their 108 to 110 and they are finding
the same problems.

16x should do a burn in under 5 minutes. Not take near 7 minutes.

Been waiting two months now and no sign of any firmware updates by
Pioneer.

Burning with nero 6.6.0.16

What are the benq, nec or sony drives like with 16x media.
Wish I had never moved up to the 110 drive.
