Hi,

I was hoping someone could help me because Adelphia has been useless.

I have a Scientific Atlantic HD-DVR hooked up to my HDTV. I have had
it for quite some time. I have recently had a lot of problems.
Sometimes I would record only 47 (always 47) minutes of a scheduled
recording.

Lately, it has just not recorded shows. Last Thursday, Sunday and last
night, it randomly skipped recording one show. There is nothing
consistent about the skipping - the shows air at different times, on
different channels and I have no other programs scheduled for the same
time. I have more than enough time on the DVR (only using about 25% of
the memory).

Any ideas on what is wrong?

The Daylight Savings Time change a couple of weeks ago managed to screw up a
lot of scheduled recordings. Check to see that the times on any future
scheduled recordings are correct. Mine were all off by 1 hour causing me to
have to delete them and re-schedule them.

Any power outages? That would explain the 47 min recording.
