Detroit Area Audio Club Meets November 12, 2005 |

SMWTMS is the Detroit Area's Audio Construction Society. Meetings occur on
the second or third Saturday of odd numbered months. There is a door charge
of $5. Meetings are announced in the club publication named, LC, The SMWTMS

LECTURE: Dave Hill presents "Soulsville U.S.A." The talk is a journey to
Stax Records 1960-1975 in Memphis, Tennessee. The Stax-Atlantic
relationship produced Billboard Top-Ten artists, Otis Redding, Rufus and
Carla Thomas, Sam and Dave, Isaac Hayes, Booker T. Jones, Steve Cropper, and
Aretha Franklin.
