We get shimmering highlights on hair, clothing and nearly anything bright
and small on the NBC show "Today."

It doesn' t happen on any other show or network. We receive it though
Baltimore affiliate WBAL-DT via Comcast.

All other shows look just fine except this one. It's very annoying. Seems
like something is wrong at origination to me.

Does anyone else see this?
