I'd like to sell it but I wonder what it is worth. Licenses go with the rig.

I'm not at all sure we want people with silly names coming in here and
being rude to people trying to help them - but I think maybe £1000 -
$1700 might be around the right amount.

started cutting DV in 97 so.. I can't recall my first visit here.
Longer than most. . Ragon is a troll.
anyway.. thanks for your answer. Forgot to mention.. I am selling in the
US. So you're thinking the high might be around $3k. I was hoping to get
around $3500 with the AJA IO.. so I suppose we're in the ballpark..

Although Jona/nappy/whateverhisrealnameis can be a bit of an ass sometimes
(aren't we all? ) he _is_ a contributing member of the group. I started
coming here in 1999, after the CompuServe BP forum dried up completely. He
was already here.
Who are you ? My server lists your first post here to be waaaay back in
September of this year.
As a bit of advice : Most of the regulars here _do_ cut newbies a bit of
slack, but that patience dries up pretty quick when you reveal a lack of
respect for the graybeards.

I think it is pretty clear now why Ragoon's inital response was not worth
any more than it got from me. .
I would like to sell this rig and I am interested in what others might think
it is worth.
So Ragoon goes to Ebay and finds some macs.. and posts them with an idiotic
response like "It's worth what people pay for it". But I am not selling a
mac. In fact the AJA IO is probably worth more than the mac for all I know.
He was simply looking for a path to say what he said above. Pathetic little
man.

opinions. I offered it for sale for $3500 a while ago and it didn't go.
It's that simple.
