Greetings!
I want to add to a video I am producing a twenty second clip from a Warner
Brothers movie. Have been trying to find a point of contact there to submit
the request, but there's no POCs listed on any of their numerous web sites,
nor can I find a telephone listing for them in California. I'm sure they
want to avoid all the aspiring actors looking for work, but they must have
some point of entry. Anyone know how to get in touch with them?

Many thanks!
Max

Just infringe on the copyright without permission and then you will
hear from them.

My personal opinion is that it would be *fair use*, like quoting from a
book, if the video is for non-profit and would not infringe on future
sales of the the WB video. Twenty seconds ain't much.

They will think otherwise of course since Warner Bros et al do not
believe in *Fair Use* at all.

The battle between Google and the AAP shall tell us a little more about
*Fair Use*. I agree with Google. But this is new territory. Time
will tell.

Cheers...

At the bottom of this link, you will find the number for the copyright
office:

http://www2.warnerbros.com/main/privacy/terms.html

What you want to do does not fall under fair use.
