Over 3 million subscribers/customers and growing, regional werehouses
all over the nation, TV spots shown on every major network and such

subscription service(which they lose money on), dropped late fees
entirely(which they lose even MORE money on) and started their own
online service to go head to head with Netflix, which they're now
pouring millions of dollars into.

I would not give you a bowl of luke-warm monkey vomit for the whole BB
thing. BB sucks big time. And they are arrogant assholes too. Must be
the fact that they are going bankrupt.

The web software acts like it was written by a bunch of buck-toothed
Banghis operating out of a cave in the Himalayas. For example, if your
credit card expired yet you have a newer one you cannot update the
expire date online. You have to call on the telephone and wait around
1 hour for an "agent" to do the update. Also you cannot check for
availability unless you are subscribed. Fortunately you can subscribe
(if your credit card has the right date) and unsubscribe within 24
hours and not have anything appear on your credit card.

Dumb and dumber. I got so pissed off at BB that I called and told them
to remove my name from their database - I never want to have anything
to do with them ever again. Pricks.

You left out the part about the partnership with WalMart. Anytime you

Manually reorder the second and other discs in a series to your number
1 spot. Netflix shipped me the Dick Cavett Rock Icons series out of
order.

_Dick Cavett Rock Icons_ was released on August 9, 2005 and I had it in my
Netflix queue before it was released. Volume 1 stayed at the top of my queue
until I finally got it last week. I don't know if this is considered a
_series_ disk, but Volumes 2 and 3 were listed as available about a month
ago.

From Section VI. Attorney's fees and costs:

$2,528,000 attorney fees

$2,000 to the plaintiff.


Do you have any idea how much high powered law firms have to spend for their
offices, not to mention going to Harvard Law School, et al. I see no problem
about attorneys making all that money. ;-)
