There is a pattern starting to emerge on the CCD dying on a certain run
of S2 Pros, it seems that the ones with serial numbers starting with A31
and A32 are having an abnormally high failure rates of the CCDs.

Would anyone that has had such a problem please go to:
http://jamfactor.com/dpreview/s2history and enter your camera into the
database.
