Cleanest way to broadcast A/V wirelessly via PC? |

I need to send video/audio signal wirelessly across the room, and to be
display on 14" TV with wireless A/V reciever attached.
Now I need to find a way to transmit video files from my PC to this
receiver, without launching video capture application, but as a
computer service, (ie video streaming server, but output as Analog
signal).
Video/Audio output will run in a loop (repeat) and can be scheduled to
start and stop at fixed time.
How can it be done (cheaply)?
