Hi all,

I've been able to make a couple of trips to Lowell Observatory and have
posted a few shots to my pBase gallery
http://www.pbase.com/craigbob/lowell_observatory . Let me know what you
think.

Here is one I took it is 16 minute iso 100 shot. Processed in RSE
Premium. If anyone knows how I can get rid of the lens flare I'd sure
appreciate knowing how.

Why are you posting images at full scale?
When posting images on the web, unless you are illustrating something
that requires a full sized image, do this;
-Reduce the dimension to about 1000 max on the wide side.
-Save at 72dpi.
-Use whatever program you have to "optimize" the JPEG compression.

By doing this, you can upload images no more than 250,000kb that will
look as good on the web as images of 3-4 megs.

[snip]

You don't have to view the full resolution images. There were 3 other
sizes that you could have viewed: Small, Medium, and Large. I'm glad
the full resolution images are available. Thanks!
