Hi,

I have a Behringer Eurorack MXB1002 that I want to take apart. What's
the best way to do this? I don't mind some manual labor, but I don't
want to destroy the mixer in the process. I can't figure out how to
remove the surface-mount pots and faders.

This is for education and experimentation, not repair, so sending it
back to the factory or buying a new one are not good options.

I think I figured it out -- pull really hard.
