Hi,

The Intel PIII 800 PC is a dual processor PC running Windows
Professional (W2K). I installed a Lite-on DVD ROM and a LG DVD Writer
in this PC. The LG Writer plays back DVDs fine but the Lite-on DVD ROM
gives a very jerky playback which is un-watchable.
I am using the freebee Power DVD application that came with both the
units.
Anyone has any thoughts as to why this would be happening? Any
help\feedback to resolve this problem will be greatly appreciated.

Check to make sure DMA is available and in use for both drives.
