Allow me to translate......
| Quote: | Our last baptismal used water in the mid-90s. Inlet
temperature was about 110. The baptistery is tile over
reinforced concrete, so heating it up is a big thing. We
added water in a slow stream over 3 days.
|
someone pissed in da pool..... it was an old guy as we wanted a slow
stream....
| Quote: | For example ours is heated the old-fashioned way. Just
like a standard bathtub. The water in it comes through
a gas-fired water heater. We fill it right before we
use it.
|
god blesses the hot water heater to keep the money comming in....
| Quote: | Usage is highly variable. Over the life of a church
building, its unpredictable.
|
you never know when the next sucker will appear.
| Quote: | Do you think that putting a GFCI on the SR system would
make the situation less safe?
|
read... arny doesn't know what he is talking about but needs to pose a
question to keep the thread going.... this question seemed to be a safe
one....
| Quote: | Have you ever used ANY sound system with a GFCI on it
Arny???
|
No,
| Quote: | Do you feel safer?
|
Is a bull frog waterproof? when arny pisses his pants, does he get a warm
feeling?
Please don't feed the troll anymore. Stop right now.

The unit could easily have been installed after the GFI requirement and
still not have a normal breaker. Too many church leaders think churches are
above the law, that thye should not have to follow the requirements of
government. They ignore th fact that God calls them to a higher standard.
Churches should LEAD the way in safety, not lag behind.
My son found an intersting example of this at his church. One box with 2
white wires, 1 blue, and 1 red supplying power to various outlets. The 2
white wires are neutral. The blue is hot. The red is warm. The red wire
evidently is getting power from a secondary source and is not fully powered.
He has wire-nutted it off and needs to find the source of the partial power,
about 50 volts. Also, 7 outlets are supplied directly from this one single
space box, along with a light switch. This is definately not up to code.
Evidently, someone at the church thought they new how to run electricity : (
God commands us to obey our government. God struck down Nadab and Abihu for
offering profane fire before the Lord and Uzzah for touching the ark of the
covenant when the ark was about to fall off the cart (the ark was required
to be carried by priests on their shoulders, not on an ox-drawn cart). Why
should God be expected to protect from disobedience? He is still the same
God today as He was yesterday. And if this is just an ordinary accident, we
live in a fallen world (thanks Adam) and are subject to the same everyday
problems and dangers as everybody else. Satan is also still the same today
as yesterday, out to kill, steal, and destroy. Stephan was still killed by
a corrupt mob. James was killed by a corrupt king. Christians still died
in the Twin Towers. Until the final judgement death will continue to be a
part of life for Christian and non-Christian. Very few Christians are
protected from every accident and threat.

The heating unit is going to be 240v and is required to have ground fault
protection. God rarely porotects the stupid from their refusal to follow
recommendations. Unfortunately, I find many churches feel they are exempt,
just as Jerusalem felt they were exempt from the wrath of God through Egypt.
Jerusalem fell.

Some gov'ts claim that there is no god. Since god tells us they should be
followed, maybe we should.

Can you prove that God killed this pastor?

You saying that god couldn't? If someone else did, he was unable to. Weak
god at best.
| Quote: | Can you prove it is a true
church of God?
|
Let's see..... you claim there to be a god and they claim they are his
church. Seems like if one is true, the second is equally true. Can you
prove this to not be the case?
| Quote: | God struck down 2 deceivers around 33-34 AD and HIS church
GREW!!!!!!

Like Pinocchio's nose it did! HAs he struck down any in more recent times?
Or just before any real records were kept.....

It used to be called "holy ghost". On what date did Jesus grant the name
change?

People who follow blindly are stupid. You simply have shown that to be
true.
| Quote: | You assume too much in your ignorant criticism and condemnation.
You blame God when you have absolutely NO evidence that God killed this
pastor.
|
You have NO evidence that he didn't. Since god knows all, he at least stood
bye and watched it happen, doing nothing about it. That makes him complicit
in the act. The poster was simply holding him accountable for his lack of
action, at a minimum. Or, isn't your god responsible for anything?
