I have two Mitsubishi vcrs, model hs-e70 and hs-e11.

the hs-e70 doesn't power on, i checked the fuses, they're all ok...

the hs-e11 can't fast rewind/forward

i don't know what to do, any suggestions?
Does anybody have the service manuals?

I don't know if you were able to find a service manual for this vcr, but you can help me by sending me the user manual of the hs-e70 vcr. Will you do that? Please?
