In Case Someone's Trying to e-Mail Me |

Oh, I'm so vain.
My host is hooking up to a new ISP and is in the process of
reconfiguring everything, so mail will bounce for a day or two. It's
not permanent (we hope).

Well, the mail is working again, so let him know to send me my check
for a million dollars. A PDF will do. I think my bank will now accept
that.
The story about why it took longer to get it up and running again
reminded me of the Irish music hall song "Why Paddy's Not At Work
Today." It involved a stack of computers and a tape drive jukebox
tumbling down on Don's head as he reached up for a keyboard, skinning
his knuckles on the ceiling fan while trying to rescue part of the
stack, and a few other things too fierce to mention. |
