anyone know the turnaround time from tivo? |

i've sent my series 2 tivo back for repairs. just curious what the turnaround
time is? i was expecting some kind of contact from tivo, like an email or phone
call, but so far, nada.

i got tired of waiting on hold! like over twenty minutes. geez, you'd think
they'd do a better job with customer service. i understand the company that
handled their exchanges went belly up, so i'm willing to be a bit more patient
than usual. i shipped it oct 20, so its over a week. |

Where did you ship it? I shipped my broken TiVO to Louisville to be
replaced. I wonder if they use the same warehouse for repairs?
Anyhow, if they do, they are saying 10-14 days for replacement, so a
repair could well take longer.
