HI, Out of nowhere my desktop is acting up. I have xp,P4,2gigf
mhz,1024mb and a agc video card. While on line, my screen went to my tv
tuner unexpectedly and then reboot. When it rebooted, it would only get
as far as the winxp logo, and constantly reboots. I pulled out the
card, and then reinstalled it...still have the problem. Could this be a
sign that my 1 1/2 yEAR OLD CARD is gone?

It wouldn't be my primary suspect. The fact that it gets far
enough to see the XP logo means that it is running in at least
some reasonably hi-res graphics mode.

Note that this newsgroup is NOT about computer video cards.
It is chartered for discussion of video editing, etc Perhaps you
are looking for news:comp.sys.ibm.pc.hardware.video or
news:alt.comp.periphs.videocards.* or one of those?

Just as possibly a sign that your power supply is going, or you have a
bad stick of memory. Trial and error time.
