Hi I am looking at buying the Panasonic 900 and also would like to buy a
motorized screen. Ebay has some for less than $500 anyone had one of these,
is glass beaded a good screen?

generally you get what you pay for.

try not to buy anything with too much gain, 1.1 I would think for the
panasonic.

Others may also shed light but try comparing a few screens before you drop
your cash - also MAKE SURE the trigger in your projector is rated high
enough to drop the screen - ive heard stories of people having to retro fit
boxes to help draw enough current, not what you want to do.
