it is one of the core symptoms that point to a real mental disorder
if he is just saying to get a rise then it does not indicate a mental
disorder , just a pathetic attempt to troll
but either way the fact is he has not been victimized, as if text in a

Honestly, I think it's foolish for anyone other than a physician to
diagnose a mental disorder.

I am not diagnoising any this just pointing out this Is one of the
manifestations of a very specif type of disorder
kinda like seeing red watery eyes and sneezing as "typical" of a cold, but
without expert medical evaluation(which I would not attempt) I can only say
"it seems like a cold" not "it IS a cold"
arnie has to believe this truly in his heart for it to be a pointer twards
PPD
if he doesnt believe it in his heart , then it is just another load of crap
only arnie knows which it is

Look up Paranoid Personality Disorder on the internet. There are several
sites that deal with it and which list all the symptoms for it.
Arny is a poster child for the disease but is too proud to accept that he is
mentally ill. He displays every symptom as clear as the nose on his face.
All that will happen is he will get worse until he has a breakdown and ends
up being committed. A pity as if he got help now he could avoid all the
strain he is about to put his family under.
