I know there are such programs as mpeg and avi joiners and splitters, I am
looking for a dvd joiner as I havent came across a program yet that would
join two parts of a dvd movie.I have a few movies on my hard drive that are
part1 and part2 that make up the same movie and I just want to be able to
join these two dvd movie files so I can then burn the one movie onto a dvd
instead of it still being in two parts.

Ok; are you saying that you have "Movies" on your hard
drive in DVD format; VIDEO_TS folders, with all the
required files? You seem to be implying that they are not
MPEG or AVI files. What is the combined size of these
movies? Is it much more than about 4.3GB ?

You can author a DVD using a number of clips and have
it play as one continuous movie. In fact there are some
real advantages to using many small clips for most video
work.

If the total size of the DVD will exceed the capacity of a
DVD-/+R (DVD-5) then you will want to use DVDShrink
to bring the "DVD" material down to size.

Luck;

Most of the dvd movies I have are video_ts folders with all the required
files and some are just full dvd movie titles that are in bin and cue file ,
and with them I would mount the cue onto a virtual drive and when I look at
the movie on the disk , It has mpeg folder and ext folder etc and I would
then go to the mpeg folder use winavi to convert it to dvd and once i have
down each part of the same movie as in part 1 and 2 I want to be able to
join it as one movie. Also I would like to know are there any programs that
make it possible to get more than one dvd movie onto one dvdr and then be
able to create a menu so that when you put your dvd into your stand alone
player your able to choose from a menu to what movie you would like to
watch.
