I'm just wondering if anyone here has tried Canopus' Procoder Express yet. I
understand that it has a static crop and zoom tool that allows you to
convert a 4:3 widescreen into a 16x9 widescreen file, among other features.
I've tried navigating around their forum, but its difficult and I can't get
any info other than the normal non-info on the product site.

My question is: does this program actually do this or is Procoder 2 (the
full program) the better one to achieve this type of conversion. I find that
I have a lot of 4:3 widescreen stuff and want to convert it so that it will
play properly on a widescreen TV down the road when I acquire one.
