What court case? I understood that it was the threat of legal action from
Hollywood that scared the crap out of the developer.

What a joke. Why? I thought the law was crystal clear that people could make
back up copies of their own DVD's? Isn't that established, concrete, 20
years of precedent, law by now?

No. The developer - Lighting UK! received a 'cease and desist' notice from a
major Hollywood studio. He stopped it there and then.

No. Old Decrypter cannot cope with the new Sony Protection.(Arcoss).

New DVD Fab Decrypter can. Old will, if you run AnyDVD in the background.
