Imagefiles to AVI |
|
|
I have some images that I want to compile into a video file. I'm not talking
about a slideshow, each image will be one frame in a movie. Is there a
program that can do that quickly and uncomplicatedly - and above all
cheaply?

Premiere Pro (at least) will take sequentially-numbered still images and
assemble them into a video clip on the timeline.

Thanks, but too expensive for me. |

You can download a tryout version for free for a month. Not sure if |
the above function will work. |

The "pro" version of Quicktime costs about $30.00 and will perform this
function admirably; I use it all the time to make movies out of still
image sequences. Also check out VirtualDub- it will do the same thing,
but is Windows only. |

Premier Elements
should do what you want
and if you look hard on the net you can get it bundled
with Photoshop Elements (which will do 90 percent of what you'd use it's big
brother Photoshop for)
both should run you $120 maybe or cheaper --- I got both for $79 at COMPUSA
once
