Heathkit AA-121 Power Amp Question |
|
|
Hi - I can't remember how you determine where to connect the black wire
coming out of the back of this amp. I know it connects to one of the 4-8-16
ohm OT taps that are not in use, but I can't remember the particulars...
And why only one channel? Any help is appreciated

Yup... this funky setup was used by a few makers in
combination with a simple swtich to let you change the
phase of one of the speakers (to match the other).
Then some genius popularized colour-coded speaker wire
and the concept died, so it goes. |
