Can a Directv Tivo record only Directv programming or OTA that are thru
the same reciever either HD or digital. Thanks

I'm assuming your talking about the current HD Tivo unit from DirecTV.
It does indeed record OTA digital/HD signals.

The HR10-250 HD recorder from DirecTV can record HD and SD channels
from satellite, and it can record SD and HD digital OTA channels.

It cannot record regular (analog) broadcast channels.
