I have been able to convert my videos from mpeg2 to avi.

How can playback 2 video files at the same time, to compare the quality
of the 2 files?
Ultimately, it would be great to be able to click ONE play button, and
have them both start playing at the same time.

Resolution is 320x240 so both will fit on the screen at the same time.
