Check the local physical library, they may have or be able to supply you
with a copy of Briggs "Loudspeakers". It is as recently pointed out by
Dick Pierce somewhat old, to some extent aged, but it is also plain good
reading and a good vaccine against assuming that all that much new stuff
is around. The new driver types since then are the Manger Schallwandler
and the Heill element. General theory has of course improved, but still
- it will do your pespective good.
