Not that an Aussie would care, but Happy Thanksgiving, Phil. I'm afraid
the sentiment is wasted on you though, as you wouldn't have a clue what
to do with a happy thought.

I will wish all here AND Phil a happy thanksgiving. Even though its

probably not celebrated down under. And a note to Phil, i did catch the
"Aussie pink floyd" show here last week. For a three truck show, they
did a lot. For the most part, it sounded just like the originals. Or at
least as close as you can get with 2000's tech. No surround though.

Nah, he's like herpes. You can minimize and manage it, but it never
truly goes away. ;-)

If nobody ever replies to him then he will. You are spoiling it for the rest

of the group Ralph. You know full well what a scumbag he is.

** Phildo *IS* the resident scumbag on AAPLS.

My occasional presence just keeps reminding him of that fact.

When someone kills two people in a highway accident, including a small
child, it is profoundly indecent to go on a NG making *sickening* remarks
about wanting to sue the immediate family members of the two dead people for
supposedly causing him " distress ".

The only " distress " Philo ever suffered after that event was the intense
fear that he might have to face a criminal trial for vehicular manslaughter.

Why not try suing the UK Police for doing their job properly - Phildo
??

Can't find a big enough scumbag lawyer in the UK to try that one on ???

Maybe some mad Yankee one will do it.

And there's the catch... It is completely unrealistic to think that
absolutely no one in this great big group will respond to him.
Therefore, your method of expulsion is flawed. I frequently ignore him,
but when I do respond, I don't give him fuel. I just quickly denounce
him as the rubbish spewer that he is and move on. Without that, his
words stand unchallenged, ant that is unacceptable.

Nope. With constant reminders people will not respond to him and he will get
bored and move on.

If we were to ignore him completely his word won't be around to be
unchallenged. If a newbie answers a question and he responds then we just
inform the newbie that he is considered persona non grata on here and his
posts should be ignored as the drivel they are.

Personally I have that scumbag killfiled and the only time I am even aware
of his existence is when you reply to him.

DO NOT FEED THE TROLL.
