NeroVision Express 3 slows... Ahead support not talking? |
|
|
I've sent a couple of messages to Ahead (Nero Tech Support) regarding
the obvious slowness of NeroVision Express 3 when compared to Express
2. I thought I would have been contacted sometime over the last 11
days. I didn't attack the ver 6.6 Ultra Edition update, or antagonize
the company. I simply asked for information that might help me
configure the Express 3 version to get back some speed.
Either they are up to their eyeballs in alligators, or they are
keeping silent. I've returned to the previous version of Nero (6.3)
and have recovered the transcoding speed that I enjoyed before.
If anyone has already been over this ground...and have received some
guidance from Ahead about the transcoding slowdown, would you PLEEEEEZ
share what you know?

I noticed this slowdown immediately. In addition, try putting on some of
the titling effects. Most of them say 'example' by default and some cannot
have the text changed. There are other bugs as well. Silence from ahead
(but they only responded efficiently when they were a tiny shareware
outfit).
I went back to Express 2. |
