hi,
how do you some subtitles files aren't synchronized to video and that
sometimes this delay isn't constant during the movie (strangest case)
is there a solution ?
thanks !

There can be several reasons, but if you are 100% sure your hardware |
and software is OK, and stuck with such a movie, then you could use a subtitle
editor to re-align the subs.
MS windows: Substation Alpha
Linux: xste |

There are often different versions of the same film (unrated, rated, etc)
that may differ in timing and/or scenes. It's possible you got subtitles for
a different version of the film. In such cases I use Subtitle Workshop to
synchronize the subtitles with the video I have.
